Shroom Actives is dedicated to producing and supplying high-quality functional mushroom products. Leveraging technology transfer from the ICAR | Directorate of Mushroom Research, our products are cultivated in a controlled environment to ensure purity, traceability, and maximum efficacy.
All publicly viewable information on this website is the sole intellectual property of Shroom Actives unless otherwise stated. All efforts are undertaken to ensure the accuracy and quality of information provided.

We ensure that your information is protected and secure. No personally identifiable information is collected save for surveys, registration forms, account information or order information. Any personal information is kept only for legal compliance. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
Orders are fulfilled after successful placement and payment — except for Cash on Delivery, where full payment in cash must be made at delivery.
Pricing: All products are sold at or below MRP unless otherwise specified. Prices at time of order are the applicable prices.
Cancellation: To cancel and receive a full refund, email support@shroomactives.com. If dispatched, cancellation is not possible unless the product is defective or faulty.
Returns: Products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Replacement is only available for defective/damaged products, notified within 48 hours of delivery via email.
Wrong information: Any extra cost incurred due to wrong delivery details provided by you (name, address, etc.) will be claimed from you.
Account security: You must maintain confidentiality of your login details. Shroom Actives is not liable for losses arising from failure to do so.

Any dispute arising from use of this website shall first be referred to a sole Arbitrator — an independent and neutral third party identified by Shroom Actives. The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi. Proceedings shall be governed by the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, and conducted in English.
