Refund policy
Once an order is confirmed, Shroom Actives will not be able to accept return or refund requests. However, in the following scenarios, we are happy to work with our valued customers to find an amicable solution:
In Case of a Damaged Product
- Shroom Actives must be informed about any damaged product within 3 days of the delivery date via email at support@shroomactives.com
- When notifying us, please include:
- Your order number
- An image of the invoice
- One image of the outer box
- Two clear images of the damaged product
- For orders consisting of multiple items, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
- We will promptly re-send and replace the damaged product(s).
- Emails will be responded to within 48-72 hours, with full assistance provided thereafter.
In Case of a Missing Product
- Shroom Actives must be informed about any missing product within 3 days of the delivery date via email at support@shroomactives.com
- The email must include:
- Your order number
- An image of the invoice
- One image of the outer box
- Two clear images of the opened box showing all items received
- While refunds cannot be provided for missing products, we will be happy to promptly re-send the missing item to ensure your satisfaction.
- Emails will be responded to within 48-72 hours, with full assistance provided thereafter.
In Case of a Spoiled Product
- Shroom Actives must be informed about any spoiled product within 7 days of the delivery date via email at support@shroomactives.com
- Please include the following details in your email:
- Your order number
- Date of packaging/manufacture (as printed on the product)
- Clear images or a video of the spoiled product
- Kindly note that due to the natural and handcrafted nature of our products, variations in taste, texture, colour, or aroma may occur. Such differences do not compromise the nutritional value or quality of the product and, therefore, are not eligible for returns.
- We will thoroughly investigate the issue and replace the product if necessary.
- Emails will be responded to within 48-72 hours, with full assistance provided thereafter.
